During Adur Class violin lessons each week we have been taught how to play four different notes, we have really enjoyed this great opportunity to play an new instrument. On Tuesday 27th November we performed fabulously to our parents. Our fantastic teacher, Miss Hester was really nice and patient and many of us hope to carry on playing the violin in the future.

Hamble and Medway had a special visit from Isabella at Drama4ALL this week. We found ourselves suddenly at the Circus alongside a clown! Unfortunately we were not there to watch a show, we had to help the clown on his mission. The children spent their session searching for the clowns smile. Luckily their cheekiness (eating the clowns pizza when he wasn't looking!) made him smile at the very end of the session.
We were really proud of all the children participating and their ability to listen and follow lots of fast instructions.
On Saturday 3rd November we went to the War Memorial in Slinfold to place our glazed clay poppies. We made them to commemorate the 100 years since the end of World War 1. We put them in front of the soldier so we can all remember the sacrifices the soldiers made. It was a great honor to do this.

Last Friday, Matt from Horsham District Sports came into school to coach a range of students on how to referee a football game. He instructor us on what qualities are needed to make sure the football games at Break and Lunch are played fairly and safely. All the students that joined in had a fabulous time and look forward to refereeing our first game.
